    • The issues remain unresolved or unsatisfactory despite our efforts.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund request or discuss concerns about a service, please contact our customer support team at support@ezencom.com within 2 working days, explaining your reasons for seeking a refund. We will review your request promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive the refunded amount within 10 working days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Please note that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You have violated our Terms of Service or breached the agreed-upon contract terms.

  • Services have been provided as agreed upon and in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Any third-party costs incurred during the provision of services, such as advertising spend, cannot be refunded.

Service Termination: If you choose to terminate a digital marketing service before its completion, we will determine any prorated fees based on the work already completed up to the termination date.
